Q: What is your current job? I’m a Sales Representative.

Q:Where do you live? Battlefield, which is in Greene County.

Q: What are your hobbies? Woodworking and flying.

Q: What is your family like? My wife and I have been married for 35 years. Our son and daughter are both married and we have six grandchildren.

Q: Why did you decide to become a Community Hero? My daughter asked me to.

Q: Why do you think it’s important to be prepared? To minimize loss of life and property.

Q: Why would you encourage others to volunteer as a Community Hero?It’s a good opportunity to make a positive difference in the community.

Q: What is your favorite kind of food? Meat and potatoes.

Q: What is your favorite color? Blue.

Q: Why do you think it’s important to volunteer? To freely give of your time is an act of love.

Q: What is your philosophy on life? God has made Himself available to anyone who is willing to believe in, trust, and obey Him. I am constantly aware of His presence and strive to hear and obey His voice.
